Pumping and dosing of chunky products
The pumps from INDAG allow for particularly gentle pumping and dosing of low-viscous to chunky products. INDAG pumps are used across the entire food industry due to their high efficiency and steam sterilisation.
The frequency-regulated pumps ensure precise dosing of the different ingredients during preparation of syrups. They pump the water and the other raw materials from the different stations, through the dosing stations that are fitted with flow meters, into the batching tanks. Rotary piston pumps dispense the beverage components from the tanks. The rotary piston pump from INDAG pumps and fills low-viscous, pasty, highly viscous, or chunky products with the highest possible efficiency and independent of the direction of rotation. In addition, the products are also sterilised using steam (150 °C). The pump can be used in applications across the entire beverage and food industry, and is currently also used in pharmacy.
